Wellness Day 12 – Stumble Not Fall

The road to self improvement is bumpy. When you are tired and weary, you may lose your way. If you want to be a better person, then you already are a better person. When you learn a new skill, do you expect to be perfect right away. Of course not. So don’t be hard on yourself if you set a goal and then fail. View it as a stumble, not fail.
