Take time to organize and clean each day. If you are short on time or energy, set a timer for 10 minutes and pick a small area to organize and clean. Declutter. Dust. Scrub. Wipe down surfaces. Vacuum. Sweep. Mop. Laundry. Wash Dishes. Wash windows. Wash the car. Take out the garbage. Paperwork. Clean out the refrigerator. Organize the pantry. Organize a drawer. Make the bed. Tidy up outdoor spaces. The list feels endless. Work daily on chores or risk feeling overwhelmed by the weekend. A clean environment is healthy for the mind and body.
