Wellness Day 14 – Social Connections

Call a friend. Write a letter. Text. Email. Video chat. Join a group. Take a class. Make a connection with others. Organically, by immersing yourself in a group or, more intentionally, by joining a group. I am fortunate to have friends that I have known for decades. When we have the opportunity to get together we have fun. I spent the evening with them recently and we had some laughs and all left feeling recharged. Find a way to interact with others.
