Wellness – Day 8 Diet

Diet is what you eat. The goal is clean eating—unprocessed, without chemicals. Do I always meet that goal? No. Do I strive to meet it as much as possible? Yes. Everything in moderation. Try to consume five servings of fruits and vegetables daily, as recommended by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Fruits and vegetables contain fiber, which is lacking in many diets. As you increase your fiber intake, be sure to drink more water to avoid constipation.
