Health is the absence of injury and illness. If you feel sick, rest. If you are injured, rest. Sometimes it is difficult to allow the rest that is needed. There is work, chores, everything else that needs to be done, and everything else that you want to do. So when you have to pause to recover it can be difficult. Sometimes the rest is fine, even welcomed, at first. If it is prolonged, the mind can get restless. A wellness lifestyle can prepare you for these moments. Financial wellness can allow you to take time off from work. Social wellness gives you a friend to call. Mental wellness gives you something you can do that does not involve movement. So
