Wellness Day 18 – Move

If your body is able to move, then celebrate. Move a little. Move a lot if you are up for it. Move any way you can. If your body is not in the best shape, that is okay. Work with what you have at the moment. Do what you can. Hobbies often involve some form of movement. Find something, or some things, that you love to do and do them. Even chores count. The point is to move. Don’t take for granted the gift of mobility. It often is overlooked. Better yet, practice gratitude for whatever movement you can do.
