Wellness Day 15 – Let It Go

Everyday life can be filled with stressors: commute to work, prepare children for school, work, chores, appointments, and extraneous circumstances. Generate a list of what causes stress in your life. Imagine a snowstorm. Assign each snowflake a different stress. As it floats to the ground, imagine letting go of that stress. I use this technique with train cars passing, hot air balloons launching, leaves falling, leaves flowing down a stream, and waves crashing ashore. Can you think of another?
