Set up a jogging path in the shape of a circle or oval using cones. Place poly spots 6 feet apart on the outer edge of the jogging track. Post a list of exercises that is visible to all. Demonstrate and explain each exercise. Visual aids are helpful. Partners stand by one of the poly spots. One person jogs 1 lap in the designated direction on the jogging path while the other player performs the first exercise on the list. Switch roles. Repeat until all exercises on the list have been completed. This is quick, easy and versatile.
