Classroom Management Plan

A classroom management plan consists of classroom expectations, consequences, procedures and routines. An effective classroom management plan is explained, fair, and consistently reinforced. It is an equal opportunity for all to succeed.

Use the first few days of school to introduce, explain, and reinforce your classroom management plan. It may feel boring and monotonous but it sets  the tone for the entire school year. If you do not take your expectations seriously neither will your students. A  good leader is fair and consistent.

Teaching Tip: Visual aids are effective to introduce and reinforce all aspects of a classroom management plan.
